“Asked and received a ground floor room and it was granted, the parking lot was clean a well lighted, room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was one incident where some guests got rowdy, but management handled it. Really nice hotel, would definitely stay again.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”
