「It's a nice, clean property. Lots of restaurants nearby. The train station, Alexanderplatz, is very close, making it very convenient. The only concern is noise. I hear ambulance siren a few times a day. There could be a hospital nearby, I am not sure. The pluses outweigh the negatives. I am not too bothered by the noise.
