With the #109 tram right at your doorstep (which takes you to Port Melbourne via CBD to one direction and Box Hill to the other) and key amenities within a 10-minute walk—including cafés, restaurants, Maccas, KFC, Woolworths, a library, pharmacy, gym, and Asian grocer—you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore. Box Hill, a vibrant dining and entertainment hub, is just 3 km away.
Flooded with natural light, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flow effortlessly to both the front and backyard decks—ideal for morning coffee, alfresco dinners, or simply unwinding after a day out.
