The first bedroom offers a luxurious queen-size bed, complemented by electric heating and a portable fan to ensure year-round comfort. The second bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two sets of single bunk beds, along with electric heating and a portable fan. The third bedroom includes a cozy double bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. In addition, the front sunroom is a versatile space with another set of single bunks and a portable fan, making it an excellent spot for extra guests or relaxation.

The shared family bathroom is conveniently designed to include laundry facilities, with a separate toilet for added convenience. The original kitchen, which retains its nostalgic charm, is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, and highchair, along with a central kitchen table for family meals and casual dining.

The living room is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, and an open fireplace, perfect for cozying up on cooler evenings. Electric heating ensures a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.

This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.

This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
