The living area is the heart of the house, a place for your entertainment, good conversation or relaxing on one of our large comfortable sofas. The smart tv is high definition with smart functionality.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, gas cook top, toastie machine, quality cookware and coffee bean machine (Breville).
There are three bedrooms in total and another room that acts as a second lounge room with smart TV.
This rooms has a pull-out sofa bed which is perfect for children. We don't recommend that this is used for adult sleeping.
We provide a mattress topper for this bed in addition to the mattress for children's comfort.
In the three bedrooms, you’ll find King in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed and two bunk beds ready to sleep a maximum of 4 adults and 6 children. Not forgetting you can have 2 sleep of the sofa bed.
The beds have been freshly made and towels for each guest are provided on each bed, plus a bath mat for each bathroom for your stay.
The master room has a large walk in robe and ensuite with large sliding doors to the front porch where you can curl up in the pod hanging chair or relax in the outdoor lounge area where you will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets.
There is another bathroom with a large, deep bathtub for relaxing and soaking, plus a separate toilet.
In the back yard, we provide a BBQ under the entertaining area, with outdoor setting and fire pit area.
**Please note that whilst the property is pet friendly, we do request that responsible pet owners do not permit any pets on furniture and especially not in the carpeted area.
Plenty of room for off street parking is available for at least 4 cars.
You are in a lovely quiet street and a short walk to the wonderful Rye 16th beach.

You have full access to the property, however the garage is not available.
