Villino Giovanna is a vacation apartment in Torre dell`Orso, on the coast of Melendugno. The vacation home offers up to 4 beds, for relaxing vacations on the Adriatic coast of Salento.
The house is on the second floor of a semi-detached house. There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, electric oven, mosquito nets in the rooms, outdoor shower, parking space. Pets allowed.

Villino Giovanna is a solution located on the second floor of a small villa in a residential area, a few steps from the sea. The house is self-contained and independent.
A gate leads into a paved patio where you can park your car. In this garden area there is also an outdoor shower, trees, and flower beds.
The apartment Villino Giovanna is on the second floor, reached by stairs. The entrance is into a furnished living room with an open kitchen, dining room, sofa and TV. From the living room you exit to the balcony with a washing machine and washstand.
A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with bunk beds, as well as a full shower room. Both bedrooms have access to balcony.
Air conditioning is in the hallway.

Villetta Giovanna is located in Torre dell`Orso, within a quiet residence not far from the center. The beautiful vacation home is located in a residential area within walking distance from the sea.
Torre dell`Orso is one of the most beautiful seaside vacation destinations in Salento, on the Adriatic Sea, along the coast of Melendugno, which has won many awards for its sea and excellent services.
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in via Padova n 1  - San Foca (at the Agency UnMetroDaMare )
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioning in the hallway.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
