Seal is a 1-bed cottage designed for couples. The colour palette is reminiscent of the grey seals who frequent the nearby coastline. Muted natural shades contrast with striking tones of black and charcoal. Natural oak, slate, linen and cow hide set the mood.

A beautiful hand-built kitchen is open plan to the living area with a huge ancient fireplace with log burning stove.

There is a large bedroom with a European king four-poster bed and a chaise longue and roll top cast iron bath in the room. There is a separate shower room with oversized console basin and WC and walk-in shower tiled in black slate pebble.

Seal also has free wifi, freesat TV, DVD player, digital radio with bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, hairdryer, central heating and access to washing machine/ironing. Towels, linens and logs provided.

Seal is approx 65 sq metres and has a private terrace, with table and chairs, that gives onto the shared garden. There is off-road parking. Views to the front are across the garden onto open fields, views behind are of the Hall and west barn.

Seal is a great base from which to catch a boat trip to the seal colony at Blakeney Point, followed by a scenic outdoor lunch of local produce at the Wiveton Hall Cafe.

Seal is one of the five Cartshed Cottages at Sharrington Hall which are both stylish and comfortable. A mix of vintage and contemporary furniture, oak floors and natural materials create a relaxed mood befitting the local North Norfolk environment. Each cottage is inspired by something that for us, exudes the essence of North Norfolk – Shell, Seal, Salt, Samphire and Sky. We offer special couple rates in all our cottages all year round, Sky and Shell are our dog-friendly cottages and we only accept children age 13 or over (no infants/babies).
