This apartment offers modern Open Plan Studio living in light and stylish surroundings as well as a great location in Nobiallo, which is just a 2 minute’s drive from the busier and very beautiful Lakeside town of Menaggio.

Guests can enjoy a contemporary Living area with Double Sofa bed, fireplace, TV with DVD player and Dining table for up to 4 guests. The newly fitted Kitchen is fully equipped with also a fridge for a self-catering holiday on Lake Como and the modern shower room with washing machine is also very convenient for your stay.

Doors lead from the Living area to a very sunny and charming Terrace Balcony, offering the perfect place to enjoy day time relaxation as well as Alfresco dining in the evenings, with stunning views over the Lake, providing the perfect backdrop!

The apartment benefits from great flexibility as a total of 4 Apartments are situated in the same building, providing possibilities to accommodate a group of upto 8 guests, making it very attractive to couples travelling together or large families of different ages.

Kleines Einzimmerappartement direkt am See. Die Aussicht auf den See war super. Leider gab es kein richtiges Bett, sondern nur eine ausklappbare Schlafcouch. Für drei Nächte gerade noch akzeptabel, aber halt nicht bequem. Die Ausstattung ansonsten war komplett und zweckmäßig.

All utilities and utensils to cook and make it a pleasant stay is excellent.It is an old house - you need many keys to get to through the du al doors into the room :-)Only urgent update must be the new pullout couch - it feels like sleeping on a crewel road-.Good intentions RegardsW

Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See

Diese Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Menaggio. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 7 min.im Centrum. Der Ausblick ist phantastisch. An der Ausstattung sollte jedoch unbedingt gearbeitet werden. Sehr veraltetes Interieur. Warum der Kamin mit einer so hässlichen Platte geschlossen wurde erschließt sich uns nicht. Küche war gut ausgestattet.Fùr unsere Fahrräder haben wir ein Platz im Außenbereich, auf dem Plateau der Steintreppe, finden können. veraltete Möbel

Pour le prix, c’est super bien placé ! Ne vous attendez pas à un appartement luxueux, il n’est pas au top de sa propreté et de modernité, mais il reste agréable. Le lit, bien que ce soit un canapé lit, est raisonnablement confortable. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la machine à laver ni lave-vaisselle, je n’ai donc pas d’avis là dessus. Il est équipé d’une climatisation, bien utile par forte chaleur! En bref, si vous avez un petit budget et qu’une vue sur le lac est importante pour vous, je vous le conseille!

No heat, dirty kitchen, freezing floors, no curtains to keep light out absurd trand no toilet paper

Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left.

Fabulous location, views of the lake.

Lovely property , local transport is few and far between. We hired a car which was well worth it to visit hidden gems of Como. Apartment had all we needed. Only one fault , new pillows needed . Beautiful place .

Schöne Lage

Schöne Lage, leider keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, besonders der Ausblick. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit war auch nicht so gut. Die Schlafcouch, sollte auch mal erneuert werden.

Je ne suis pas trop satisfaite de la communication avec l'agence qui ne parle pas le français et comme dans l'appartement il n'y a aucun document en français c'est compliqué! Il ne faut pas louer aux français qui ne parlent ni Italien ni Anglais ... il faudrait laisser un papier de consignes ( ex: fonctionnement des poubelles dans la résidence) en plusieurs langues dans l'appartement. Location pour deux personnes c'est vrai mais que trois petites cuillères et quatre assiettes ce nest pas la peine de mettre un lave vaisselle ( 12 couverts) nous avons préféré faire notre vaisselle plus économique! Le + la climatisation.
