"The check-in process was terrible. The directions should have been provided at the time of booking so we could print the paperwork.We arrived via bus on a Sunday and had difficulty finding the office, which was closed. The property was up a very steep hill and no taxi was available. As senior citizens, we had a hard time hauling our heavy luggage up the hill, a couple flights of city stairs then 4 flights of stairs in the building. This should have been noted in the advertisement. The Wi-Fi was out 2 days which was a HUGE inconvenience.On a good note, aside from noted issues, the property was perfect, and the view of the lake was SPECTACULAR! "
