Outdated facilities — No fridge, no electric kettle, no elevator, weak water pressure, and extremely small shower space. Instead of key cards, guests are given a physical key. 2. “We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.”

“Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side.
