「Really nice place, great view. Massive hill to climb. No Ubers, and near impossible to get a taxi. We couldn’t get one until day 3. Unless you rent a car don’t book this place. Getting to and from town and the ferry with luggage is a nightmare without a car. Walking on your own is ok, but takes time and you need to be in shape. 」

「We spent 4 nights here and had the breakfast on one occasion. The hotel is perfectly situated between Lenno and Tremezzo ferry stops and has a pizza takeaway, restaurant and a convenience shop within a 5 min walk- in addition to the on site restaurant and bar. 「We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. 「We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance.
