「We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Edy, and especially appreciated the warmth of the staff. The rooms were not large but had everything we needed. It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. 「Fantastic location across the street from Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni and a very short walk to the downtown lakefront. Spacious, clean and modern - just a very nice and comfortable apartment. The pool area is simply wonderful - modern and well designed. Pool area is private, with a tree-covered hill behind, green area to one side and the Basilica of St. Giacomo on the other side. 「Very cute apartment in the center of Bellagio with many amenities and central location, but bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable, gave us backaches just after a few hours. Also because it is in the center of town, you can hear people on the street talking constantly until late at night. If you even open the window you'll see all of the people right below you.」

「Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. There are 2 roads to drive in and out of the area, I'd recommend inquiring about the route that is wider. The apartment had everything we might require and we were provided...

「Terrible service. For a 2,500 a night room. Everything should be perfect !!!! I can go on with the list but is endless. I can just say Terrible management and of course the general manager is not there on Sunday’s not even peak season sooo everything was a disaster.」

「We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .」
