「All the staff is amazing and helpful, especially David. If David is on duty you'll be sure to have an extraordinary time. He helped us multiple times through our stay and cooks lovely food. The staff were always avaliable and eager to assist. We had no problems checking in or out. The facilities are good, and the view is absolutely stunning. 「We loved the hotel. Great location for the citta Alta which was less than 5 mins walk. The funicular to the castle was next door and we could watch it from the hotel room. Very clean and good sized room with a fantastic shower. Staff were very helpful and arranged a breakfast to be bagged for us on the day we left as our flight was very early. It’s was a very nice touch and made the early flight a little easier. Thanks so much.」
