「My wife and I had a great 3 night stay at the Bello! Lake Como Suites. The location was perfect, right across the street from the bay and ferry terminal, close to all the shops, cafe's and restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from Como Lago train station. We stayed in the junior suite which was spacious and well appointed. Perfectly clean and serviced daily. Great water pressure in the shower and instant piping hot water. The suite was directly above the busy downstairs ComoCafe but noise was...

「The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.」

Har aldri følt meg så godt ivaretatt på et hotell før, med ypperlig service, god mat, smilende og utrolig hjelpsomt personale. Pizzarestauranten i «kjelleren» må også prøves!
