「My family stayed in the property for over a month, while we explored Wales and visited some friends in the Swansea area. The small village up in the mountains was absolutely beautiful, and the check in process was simple with a lock box and independent arrival time. Lorna was responsive when we had questions and had reccomendations for exploring the area and restaurants.Anyone staying should plan on topping up the electric and gas immediately. 「Our stay was for a surprise 21st birthday party and we were completely in awe when we arrived. The drive along the private road is stunning breathtaking views of Abergavenny and surrounded by animals. The area has such low light pollution, it was lovely to sit outside at night and see the stars so clearly. The area is private and secure as we had children with us that loved running around outside. 「Lynn and her team were very welcoming and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Being able to charge our EV overnight was also a huge plus. The apartment is ideally suited for short breaks and is not sure whether it wants to be a hotel suite or a self catering venue. That being said we were able to cook a lot of different meals, but a few more cleaning materials and equipment would have been welcome. 「My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. 」
