"Honestly, I don’t see myself returning to this location. They are understaffed thus leaving the rooms and amenities dirty and rundown. The check-in process was no better. We got there at 3:15pm to check in and there was a line of people waiting for their rooms. When I was finally done checking in, the supervisor told us that the room was not ready and told us to come back later. There was no apology or anything, just told us to return at a later time. We were not able to go into the room until 6:00pm. When we finally got there, we noticed that the halls were musty and our toilet was not properly cleaned. I don’t blame the cleaning staff, as they only had one person cleaning the entire hotel. The rest of the staff was kind and the lobby area is spacious, however, they need to hire more people."

"The blanket had blood on it. I think they don't wash it well. They have coffee but only 2 sachets of sugar. The bathroom has mold. They only gave you two towels for two nights. But the ladies at the front desk are nice. "

"Water pressure in the shower was extremely high and difficult to shower. No conditioner refilled in bottle. Aside from that, it was very pleasant and clean. I would recommend it "
