The accomodation is absolutely spotless. The grounds are spacious and well kept with flower beds in the communal and private spaces. 「We had a lovely 4 night stay at the apartment (2 adults, 2 children). Apartment was lovely and cosy, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Instow is a lovely place to visit and the views from the apartment are stunning. Would definitely recommend going to The Boathouse for a meal. There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment, which is part of the owners property (but don't worry you wouldn't know they were there, the apartment is very private) so not for those with mobility...

「We had a most enjoyable stay at the Hayloft over the Christmas holiday. It started with the a warm welcome and Nanette had put up a Christmas tree for us and brought us round some freshly baked mince pies! The accommodation is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The online photos and description could do with updating as there have been some changes since. The barn is well equipped and has the majority of things you would need.
