"The room was in very ill-repair. It small, much smaller than the pictures led you to believe, the wall had hole that were repaired and never painted, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, the A/C was a window unit that was installed in the wall with a very poorly constructed frame around it that looked like whoever did it was blindfolded. The balcony was filthy. I feel I was over charged for the room. You have a one hour problem free window to get checked in, there is no staff anywhere on the property, a text message is sent with number to call if there is any issues. the office was closed, the text message said it would be open until five, I arrived at 3:55 and it was closed. The overall property inside and out is in need of cleaning and maintenance. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my Stay at Winthrop Inn. However they do allow dogs"
