“Nice”

“房间没有Wi-Fi信号。也不配备瓶装水、咖啡壶等。简直糟透了！”

“The room consisted of trash, light fixture on bed , the sink in the bathroom was missing. The parking lot was unsafe. ”

“Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. ”

“Great property, friendly staff, convenient location just off I-20. This is our 4th stay at this property. Recently renovated (as of 05/2026). Property management MUST walk around with a punch list. Not super important to our stay, but the brand new faucet in our room was leaking (poor installation). Took a while to locate our room because the number fell from the wall, the lobby elevator buttons were pushed through the sheetrock, limited parking since the back side of the property was……

“It was ok, was able to check out very early. Let them know what was wrong with the room so they could pass the information along to get fixed.Clean rooms, ice machine didn't work, shower diverter was messed up and leaking sink pipe, still useable. Overall it was fine, only an overnight stay to later continue on our trip.”

“I never eat hotel breakfasts, but it smelled good. The rooms inside condition was wonderful and freshly updated. The halls could use some updating. Needs new carpet and walls and doors painted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area is fenced and gated for security which is a plus. Price was good and location to Jackson State was a plus. ”
