"beautiful hotel in a quiet university neighborhood. walkable to the train station & many great restaurants and shops (along with the hotel’s) in the area. superb staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, and the additional amenities of a relaxation room (massage chairs with serene nature videos playing on the wall.) The zen garden is a must go to, daily if possible!) "

"It was very clean. Loved the Lawsons that was in the hotel super convenient! There was 2 restaurants in the hotel. We got clean towels daily they would hang them outside the room doors. If I remember correctly they cleaned the rooms every 3 days."

"A lovely hotel in a quiet area, yet only about 20 minutes by train or metro to reach the main sights. As a walker, I found it took around 45 minutes to an hour to get to Ginza. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a well‑kept bathroom that made the stay even more pleasant. The staff were consistently helpful and polite, and the food at the hotel was very good. There are also plenty of eateries nearby, making dining easy and enjoyable. I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"The hotel is great, and super good location within a 10 mins walking distance from a bunch of Subway entrances, can get to a bunch main lines like the Ginza line, walking distance to big camera, yahiba and lots of places to eat, the hotel has quite a bit of rules when it comes to room services but is great overall. There is a shipping station next door wheee you can receive and sent your luggage, super convenient, plus a family market across the street."
