"We had a very pleasant stay at this condo. The balconies on both levels offered great views and the ground-level picnic/seating area was spacious and inviting. Parking under the condo provided much-needed shade. The mattresses were extremely comfortable, and the plantation shutters in the bedroom helped reduce street noise and light. The kitchen space, dishes, and appliances were all good – clean as well! Potential guests should be aware that, as is typical with beach condos, there are stairs between the levels, including to the bedrooms on the third level. The TV remotes and controls in each room were different, so it might be helpful to have someone tech-savvy to assist. Additionally, it's a good idea to bring your own supplies like food wrap, aluminum foil, dish detergent for hand-washing and shampoo/conditioner, as the provided starter amounts are only enough for a day or two. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Perry’s Place again! "

"Great beach access and spectacular views! The condo was just the right size and comfortable. Loved the balconies but especially the lower level patio area - my favorite! Hope to go back in spring or summer, although anytime of year would be great! "

"This was a clean property with easy access to a great beach and spectacular sunsets. Communication with the owner was easy, as was check in and check out. There are available beach items like a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Although this is a pet-friendly property, be aware that Mexico Beach does not allow pets. Our well-trained dog, who loves the beach, was very disappointed."

"Great location. Super clean. Everything as advertised and more. Lots of unexpected extras. Even though door to the outside of sunroom locks, we would recommend re-installing locks to sliding doors to give guests a better since of security. "
