「The building is older and a little dated. Our room was very clean. The customer service was the best we have ever had at a hotel. They messaged me in the morning to make sure everything was going well and asked if we needed anything. We requested an extra pillow and blanket. They delivered it to our room while we were out. They messaged to let us know when the additional items were delivered. Very nice location. It is situated 1 block away from a bunch of resturants. CVS & Walgreens...

「We were on our way home from our 30th anniversary trip to the keys. We sat at airport all day before airline cancelled flight at 1:00 in the morning. At that point no flights, hotels, or rental cars. We were stranded in Miami with flight cancellations and no luggage. We couldn’t get a flight out for 2 days. The staff was so kind. They attempted early check in, updated our room and brought a bottle of wine to the room once we were able to check in. Loved Maxine’s. Our server Adrian was the best.」

「Clean room, mini fridge, safe with ample closet and storage space. Staff was outstanding and responded immediately when I locked myself out! $20 daily parking (was gifted a free day) is a much better deal than the surrounding areas. The room price was great as well! I would highly recommend Hotel Julia for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the South Beach area at a reasonable price! Thank you!」
