They give you shampoo conditioner, and body wash as well as all the towels you want they let us store our stuff in the closet while we waited to check in and on our last day, they manager called to check check-in and give us a late checkout. “When we arrived, we had to wait for about five minutes for an attendant at the front desk to get checked in.We had a fire alarm go off twice in the middle of the night when staying there the night before our cruise. Also, the paint was chipping off on the ceiling in the bathroom, and there were some stuff that look like mold on the ceiling.”

“The room was very clean and updated. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Just beware that with no front desk staff present on the property, it turns the place into a free for all for guest bad behavior. We stayed for 4 nights and ALL FOUR NIGHTS we were woken up anywhere from 2am-5am with other guests either screaming, fighting or having parties around the hotel. It definitely attracts the party crowd with no onsite supervision. We also called the contact phone number……

“We had an apartment style room with two bedrooms in the building beside the main building. The space was great, with lots of room for our family of 5. It was a little tired in spots but comfortable. Some of the three beds were more comfortable than others, but all were decent. There was definitely road noise, but the bedrooms were somewhat isolated from it. The pool area was great and the location is right across from the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to borrow. Staff……
