This stay was disappointing and did not match the listing. It was advertised as a private apartment, but it felt much more like a hotel.We were charged a 100 late check-in fee for arriving after 12:00 a.m., even though there was a desk person available 24/7. Because it was labeled a “private apartment,” there was also a concierge there at arrival. She was helpful, but some of the information given was misleading. She mentioned complimentary drinks, which were not actually complimentary because there was a 4 service charge, and the only option was a watered-down red sangria.Our flight was delayed, which made the late fee even more frustrating. We also found out there was an extra 35 per night fee to use the pool, and the pool was partially under construction, which was never disclosed. The balcony view also faced two buildings under construction.There were no extra towels in the room, and when I contacted the host, he did not offer to help. We were also told there would be water bottles in the mini fridge, but there were none, and the host disregarded that as well.The elevators were extremely slow, and one stopped while we were inside. The screen went black, and we were stuck on level 10 for about two minutes before it started working again. After that, an elevator technician had to accompany guests on rides.Overall, this stay was mid for the price, and I would not stay here again.
