Amazing location and property

The apartment was exactly as described. The location was perfect. We did not rent a car and were able to walk to the beach, local restaurants, and stores. I stayed there with my 3 girls, it was wonderful!!!

More Motel 6 than Marriott

This is not the place for a week long family vacation. The unit suffers from poor design choices and deferred maintenance. The flooring is cracked and chipped throughout the first floor creating many areas for dirt and debris to accumulate. Flooring in bathroom is particularly bad. The beds were ridiculously firm. The icemaker is so slow guests must buy elsewhere. No water pressure upstairs, non functioning outlet in kitchen. Parking is an issue, if you must drive, use the city lot across from Target. Location is stellar, grounds were very nice and as pictured.

This was a cute little spacious apartment for my family on our vacation to Miami we stayed here for two days before our cruise and everything was nice pictures are the exact same as posted cute decor close to food, beach, stores etc no need for a rental while staying here. We enjoyed our stay host was nice and very responsive. I would book again when I return to Miami . The apartment building is behind the building when you come through the gate.

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well kept. It is a nice quiet property in South Beach yet is within quick walking distance to everything. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The only comment we would have is to let renters know the access directions a little sooner. It was kind of last minute.

Great location right on Miami Beach

Was not as clean as you'd expect from a vacation rental, and a few things were broken when we arrived; bedroom door latch, tiles in the bathroom, etc. Overall kind of a cramped space, with a weird set up. Recommended for people who want to experience Miami and Miami Beach, but not for people expecting to feel at home at the property. Definitely felt overpriced as well. Would not likely stay here again.

For as much as I payed no as advertised. Toilet was running when we got there advised and too two day to fix. Couldn't sleep well with the noise. Calling fan didn't wok lights were missing and parking was hard to find. Not worth the money!

Great manager OK property

Property manager was fantastic. Called to check in, multiple emails, beach chairs were not there as promised (by mistake) and allowed us to buy others at their cost, mentioned how it would be good for next tenants to have beach towels and towels arrived in a few hours, same with knives and knives arrived, left clothes and they are working getting back to us. Unit is very small, the space where there is a couch should only be for the table. There is no heat and we needed it. A few things broken but they wanted to send a technician right away to fix. Floor was not really cleaned upon arrival. It is a bit of a fish bowl as there are windows looking directly into all windows, including the bedrooms. They really needed to tell you that the building was in the back of 2 others. We left clothes by mistake and they told us and held them for us. Great location, great property management, not the greatest unit.
