Best Miami location

I had a wonderful time during my stay. I especially appreciated how quick the host was in responding to my questions. This was my first time in a VRBO place and I would stay here again. Location was perfect and room was suoer clean with the best views of the ocean and marina. Loved the wrap around balcony on the 31st floor. Simply perfect. Checj in and out was super easy.

Wallace Spring Break!

Our stay was amazing! The staff was phenomenal! The views from balcony were amazing. All of the amenities were perfect. We would like to make this our new annual Spring Break location for many years to come. Thanks for having us.

Family of Four on Spring Break

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers. Space was perfect for us. Pool area was great. Fitness room great. Beach was easy to access. Balcony was quite windy but we still spent some time outside. Elevators sometimes slow, but nothing to diminish our stay. Kitchen equipped with basics. Any minor issues were addressed immediately by the host and did not affect our experience. Would defnitely recommend.

Up in the clouds

The place was clean and as advertised. Check in was smooth and access in and around the building and the area was easy. We were on the 31st floor which gave us great views and some distance from the street noise. I think it may be time to upgrade to a smart TV so a guest can watch Netflix or YouTube when the weather is not ideal. Having a door man and staff inside who are always available is great for food deliveries. Overall, a really nice experience.

Great unit in a so-so building

Pros: Modern, clean unit. Awesome views. As advertised. Quiet windy, at 31st floor - limits ability to sit outside. Valet parking 40 but works great. Short walk across main road, to the beach. Great gym. Pool area is nice!Cons: Building is not equipped to handle full capacity! Elevator: Looong wait - last day. 50 min wait, nearly missed our flight. We got to the beach around 9.30am - no towels/.umbrella/ chair on any of the 3 days we stayed. Apartment lacks basic supplies - hand soap, dish soap, etc. has minimum plates/bowls and a few pots and pans. Just 2 small garbage bags. The second bed can only sleep 1 person/ kid. the trundle bed is also small and did not have a blanket - the provided blanket was dirty/ stunk - we asked for a new one - took 45 min. So, this is more of a 4-person apartment rather than 5/6. (yes, you can squeeze 5/6 but not comfortably so). Overall, beautiful apartment and views, for 4 people.....be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting for elevator, you will not get beach chair/ umbrella or a pool chair easily. Good location

Gorgeous 2 bathroom, apartment on the 31st floor with a nice corner balcony that provides beautiful partial ocean views and great views of the city. Also has a great looking kitchen and living room. The communication with the owner and their staff was tremendously good. I am still very impressed, never experienced this before (usually once you rent a place you never hear from the owner again). Only for their communication they should receive 5 stars. For instance we had an issue with the A/C unit. After explaining, it got fixed within 2 days time. The delay was due to the part arriving a little late, I believe if they had it in stock it would have been fixed the same day, no doubt. In short they are super helpful. The location itself is very nice for shopping. If you rent a car you will be able to reach the Aventura mall within 15 minutes from this spot. The Dolphin mall around 35 minutes and the Sawgrass mills around 45. The beach is just a couple of minutes away if you walk. In all honesty, we have been to better looking beaches. But it's ok. If you are into tennis you can also play a few games (my kids enjoyed it a lot). The folks at the main desk will provide you with rackets and tennis balls. Swimming is also possible but the pool is a little small and got pretty crowded so we did not go in. The hotel staff, valet, were pretty friendly, from time to time a little irritated but I guess this is a demanding line of work. I would highly recommend this property!
