Overall, the quality of the accommodation facilities is high and the cost performance is very good. However, there were dead worms by the pool and in the pool, my son refused to go in. Also, our room was not ready on time even though we had paid for and received approval for early check-in. The receptionist was unable to negotiate this matter.

What a wonderful experience! We will definitely stay here again. The check in process was seamless, communication was great prior to our stay. The front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating.I love how they offer add-ons to customize your stay. There is something for everyone. You can add a luxury car rental, day trip to the Bahamas, in room massage, etc. The location was awesome….one block over from Collin’s, restaurants and everything you need just a few minutes away. This is the North Beach, a lot classier, cleaner and relaxing. The ocean is just 2 blocks away but was a beautiful sight to wake up to! The room itself was perfect! We had the one bedroom suite. Everything was very clean and neat, it is fully equipped, there’s even a washer and dryer and dishwasher! It has a full size refrigerator and cooktop. My husband and I spent our evenings on the balcony with a cocktail. There is an amphitheater right down the street, we had views of that and could enjoy the live music. I look forward to returning to this property again.

We rented for my birthday weekend and were initially impressed by the view and layout of the unit. However, as we endeavored to enjoy our stay, certain conditions became apparent. Firstly, the bathroom was not properly cleaned with dirty sinks and a wad of hair in the shower. Second, I attempted to sit on a chair and almost hit my head on the floor became the chair was broken. Thirdly, the balcony was dirty and there were sections of the railing that were in obvious disrepair. In conclusion, my request for a partial refund was denied by the property owner, and I could not fully enjoy my stay.

Rundum perfekter, unaufdringlicher Service. Der Empfang ist stets besetzt, die vielen Mitarbeiter kümmern sich bestens um die Anlage und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Alle Räumlichkeiten (Lounge, Workspace, Fitnesscenter) sind zu jeder Zeit nutzbar, top ausgestattet und sauber. Unser Zimmer im 21. Stock war exzellent ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, vollausgestattete Küche inkl. Besteck, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Dusche und Handtücher). Vom Balkon hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Pool ist einfach nur spitzenklasse. Die ruhige Lage und der kurze Weg zum Strand, für den Einkauf oder die nahe Gastronomie lassen Erholung außerhalb der Hochburgen zu und die gute Erreichbarkeit in alle Richtungen ist trotzdem gegeben. Für meine nächste Reise nach Miami werde ich ganz sicher wieder 72 Park by Nomada auswählen.

This place is beautiful and the views are spectacular! Our unit was very well laid out, stocked with everything you need but food and drinks. (I did see there is a service that could shop and stock up for you before the arrive) Great location, parking garage was appreciated! Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful perk. The only negative for us was the insulation was not great to keep out the noise of other units, traffic, sirens, road work, and so much honking that started early in the moring. Part of living in the city I suppose. Highly recommend! We would be glad to stay there again should we return to Miami Beach❤️

We enjoyed our brief stay at this property. The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit was very clean and comfortable. We loved the convenience of a washer, dryer, and basic items to prepare a meal in our unit. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the large balcony. We stayed in room 209, which had a view of the park across the street. We could hear baseball games in the evenings, which we really enjoyed. The beach is very nice and is only a short walk from the condo unit (about two blocks away). There are also a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The pool was gorgeous and not busy at all. The only downside was the parking. Street parking is available at a cost of about $2/2 hours. There is a 2 hour time-limit on the parking, so you need to extend your time every two hours. Street parking is free from 11pm-8am, so this saves you a little money if you don’t want to park in the garage (which costs $40/day). Even with the cost of parking, we had a great stay and will definitely stay there again.

The property overall presents very well, parking setup is convenient, some additional signage is needed to help better guide guests through the property. Some delays were observed at check-in, but they were relatively minor. It's proximity to Collins Avenue for entertainment, restaurant and beach is terrific. I would stay again.
