MILLION-DOLAR CONDO IN AN AMAZING LOCATION

Condo is as described, and views far exceeded expectations. It's about 10 mins walking distance to Hallandale Beach, right off Hallandale Beach Blvd before the Intracoastal bridge. Beach towels and a shuttle to the beach are included in required Resort Fee. Parking is a bit complicated; either roughly 30 or 70 per night. Difference is that for 30, you need to walk accross to the "Check-in" building, take elevator to 3rd floor, to retrieve vehicle, and they may tell you that ciuld take up to 25 minutes; BUT the VIP option will bring your vehicle down to the "front door." We used the 30 option and when checking out, EARLY around 9:00 AM, it didn't take long at all. Alon, the owner or property manager, is extremely responsive, and replied to any messages within minutes.The Walmart accross the Blvd is easily reached through a sidewalk that goes under the bridge abutment, maybe a 10-min walk from store exit. Be advised, though, that you may see homeless folks drinking or sleeping under the bridge.We didn't use the Resort ammenities, but there are several of them.Oodles of eateries all over the place, to boot!All in All, we would love to go back!
