Ótimo apartamento, bem localizado, da para ir a pé para as lojas na Lincoln, o shopping a céu aberto de Miami, e está a poucas quadras da Ocean Drive. Tem uma walgreens (farmácia/mercado) aberta 24 horas do outro lado da rua. Prédio super seguro. Com piscina aquecida e vista para o mar. Dono do apartamento extremamente educado e sempre disponível.
