The Sian will be undergoing a building exterior concrete restoration and window upgrade program starting during the summer of 2025. There will be intermittent noise Monday through Friday during working hours with balcony closures when necessary for the safety of our guests and residents. More information will be provided to guests as details become available from building management. We will do everything possible to keep our guests comfortable during the program.

GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE ONE (1) FOB FOR EVERY TWO (2) GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 UPON ARRIVAL. FOBS ARE SMALL PLASTIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES USED TO OPEN THE DOORS TO THE LOBBY, POOL, FITNESS CENTER AND GATE TO THE BEACH (NOT THE APARTMENT).  THE COST TO THE GUEST IS $30.00 FOR EACH FOB.  THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE.  THE FOB(S) CAN BE PURCHASED AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE IN THE LOBBY IF DURING BUSINESS HOURS OR AT THE SECURITY DESK IN THE LOBBY IF AFTER HOURS.   CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

CONTRACT: A CONTRACT WILL BE SENT TO YOU UPON BOOKING FOR YOU TO COMPLETE AND SIGN

Guests must provide government issued IDs, which include the guest’s name, current address, photo and date of birth for all guests18 years or older.
