"My sister and I had a long day of traveling from Boston to Miami. We flew in a day earlier because we were taking a cruise the following afternoon. We booked a room at the Holiday Inn and checked out immediately because the room was uncomfortable and dirty. We found the Sonesta through Expedia and were pleasantly surprised at the huge differences in the hotels. The moment we pulled up to the Sonesta we knew we made a great choice. The check in was easy, the hotel lobby was nice, and the room was modern, very clean, and comfortable. We had a great night of sleep and were energized for our 8 day cruise!"

"The staff were so kind and really made an effort to make our stay a good one!! The only thing we wish is that the room air would have been cooler. We had a full view of the ocean and maybe that affected the air conditioning not being strong enough to cool the room. The temp stayed around 78/79 during the day and well into the evening. But interestingly, the air blowing out the vent was cool. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and the location is near a lot of stores and restaurants. El Topical was recommended and we loved it!!"
