Indulge in luxury at this high-floor 2 bedroom condo featuring a wraparound balcony with mesmerizing direct oceanfront and a dazzling city skyline backdrop.

In the heart of Sunny Isles Beach, this fully furnished retreat offers everything you need for a perfect getaway. Exclusive private beach access, where you'll be pampered with complimentary towel service and covered beach chairs.

2 inviting bedrooms with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi, AC, and a fitness room, guests will feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms offer additional comforts like a bidet and jetted bathtub.

Enjoy full access to the building amenities, including Pool & Beach service, towel service, the lounge room, fitness center, kids' playroom and valet parking.

The building requires a background check for each guest over 18 years old. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR APPROVAL.

ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF VBRO:

APPLICATION FEES: A fee of $100 per adult or $100 per married couple must be paid directly on the "Tenant Evaluation" website. The condo application must be submitted within 2 days of booking.

VALET PARKING: Guests may access valet parking for a one-time fee of $10, payable directly to the La Perla Management office. This fee covers your parking decal for the entire stay. Only one car is allowed per booking. Additional vehicles can be accommodated by renting a space or purchasing parking passes from the building.

GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE - ONE-TIME FEE: Upon arrival, guests must register at the office and pay a one-time fee of $25 per adult, payable directly to La Perla's office. This fee includes guest ID cards, which grant access to all building amenities, elevators, and beach services.

Superb location, A accommodations!

When you look at photos of the property on the VRBO website, you can't help but think "it can't be THAT good," but it is, and more!Truly spectacular views, modern accommodations in the best sense of that term. Stylish, sleek. Just look at the photo looking from the bed in the master bedroom -- floor to ceiling windows, your laptop and coffee on a glass topped desk overlooking the ocean.Our hosts we very communicative about a few minor issues that arose during our stay -- it was far from "here's the keys, you're on your own now." The best customer service one could hope for.
