It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 1104 is a brand new, December 2021, contemporary apartment with style and sophistication. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms, porcelain tile floors, solid surface counter tops, full kitchen and bar counter, beautiful ocean-views, and 20 ft large balcony. Master bedroom with Queen bed and private bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twins which can be combined as a double king, and a 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is space in bedroom 3 for a folding bed we can provide. This apartment has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with direct ocean and beach views. Kitchen includes all major appliances, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 6-8. Wi-Fi and Cable TV included, washer/dryer in unit.
Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 6 guests, each additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 8 guests. Select number of adults and children and rates will adjust accordingly.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
