The hallway smelt of weed. There was no heat in the apartment so we had to sleep in a really cold room as the weather in Miami was very cold on the days we were there. Otherwise the location is good but street parking is expensive.

One night stay during spring break

The place was very clean and cute. Great location if you want to be in the middle of everything. Easy walk to the beach. It definitely is not a quiet location. It’s near a club and one street over from the main strip. My husband and I did not feel safe leaving the property at night. We stayed on the balcony, which I loved. We could see a lot of activity. There were security cameras up there to help you feel safe.. Jason did communicate well how to check in and where to park.

Run down ac unit dripped water constantly room smelled like mildew blinds missing looked like shelter for the homeless pass this place and pay the extra money the place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt very dirty walls and floors not a pleasant stay 0 stars for a rateing

Our stay was awful, we did not have hot water for the duration of our stay, the cleanliness was not up to par. When we tried to reach out to our host regarding our concerns, he did not respond. I hate to write this review but would like others to be informed before they attempt to stay here.

The condo owner was not tesponsive to email or phone call. When we arrived back in the afternoon one day they told us the realtor would be by in a few minutes without any notice to us before hand. We had already paid way too much money for the place. There is a bar right under the condo window where a gang hangs out blaring music from their SUV.

Al llegar, no había luz en la entrada de la habitación. La caja fuerte no se podía utilizar, el wi-fi no tenía señal. Los enchufes eran escasos y además en malas condiciones, faltaban cubiertos de cocina y la cerradura de la puerta no es muy segura.

Great location for south beach enthusiasts

We were really glad we picked this apartment. It's in a hotel which I don't believe we realized before. It's also need an outdoor patio area, but the noise never woke us up (or people did not go out there too often). The location is perfect though. We were able to walk wherever we needed to go, and the room stayed cool and quiet when we were ready to go to bed. I would definitely book this space again next time we visited Miami and needed a South Beach location - good value for what you're getting.
