Not worth $800/night
The property management is slow to respond and fix issues. We asked for 3 data to have the remotes for the 3 tvs and host never fixed them. We had no TV basically. If you have small kids this place is dangerous, furniture by the rails, broken wires around the jacuzzi, very slippery when wet. Stairs are just plain scary.
Asked the host for trash bags, dishwasher detergent, lighter for the firepit, fresh towels. I was told this is not a hotel and to buy my own from Walmart or 7/11. Firepit ended up having no propane tank so we never got to use it. Pool acid next to the jacuzzi, broken chlorine tablet dispenser. My kids kept trying to eat the tablets. One of those could get them in the ICU. Host didn't respond...
Property is across the street from the beach. It's a 5-10 minute walk. And the view of the ocean is minimal as the property is facing the city. Elevator is the slowest. 43 stories and the thing stops at every floor. 20 people try to get in it every time we used it.
The vacuum cleaner and the baby high chair both looked like kids toys and were useless. Wifi was so slow it was nonexistent.
But the worst part was trying to communicate with the host who isn't even in the country. Horrible experience!
