Located in the popular Tides of Hollywood Beach community, guests of this showpiece 1-bedroom home will experience the perfect blend of luxurious accommodations and exciting resort amenities, with miles of sparkling shoreline at your fingertips. From the outdoor pool to the onsite restaurant and fitness center, you’ll be set up for an unforgettable experience accompanied by an abundance of Florida sunshine. A leisurely stroll down the beach opens up plentiful options for dining and thrilling nightlife, or you can head inland for your shopping fix along iconic Hollywood Boulevard.

The home’s bright and modern interior is a cool retreat from the heat, with soothing blue tones accenting clean and crisp white walls, flooring, and trim. Sink into plush living room sofa seating while you surf the channels or queue up a movie on the TV. Opening the sliding door will blend indoor and outdoor living together, the salty ocean air swirling freely through the home. Take your morning coffee or an evening cocktail onto the glass balcony, soaking in the views of the lush community grounds and the ocean beyond. Back indoors, make your way into the fully equipped kitchen housing everything you need to whip up delicious meals right at home, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. A café table for 2 is perfect for quick bites while the dining table for 4 is ideal for formal meals gathered together.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a private bedroom with 2 luxurious queen size beds fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a TV. The home’s modern guest bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Paid parking available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required. Parking fees are as follows:
o $20 daily
o $40 overnight
o $100 per week

• A resort fee of $30 for 2 adults per stay will be paid upon arrival, providing access to the onsite amenities.

Hollywood Beach Vacation

My husband and I were looking for a winter getaway on the beach, to relax and get away from the cold and snow. This condo was in a perfect location with easy access to their private beach as well as both Hollywood and Hallandale public beaches. The condo was clean and nicely decorated.
