Great location unit needs deep cleaning and maintenance

The manager was great, but unfortunately the unit was trashed by the previous guest. The company did their best to clean the unit. I give them credit, for the first few days of the trip they put us up in one of the units run by the hotel. But when we did move in to the correct unit, it didn’t smell good and the washer and dryer were both broken. Once again the management company was great and said just have the hotel do the laundry and they would cover the cost. I appreciated everything the company did, but for the price of the unit, it was disappointing. Just being honest.
