You will be staying in the suite with the largest floorplan (1355 sq. ft), closest to the ocean with the best views in the building. This renovated unit is on a high floor and has all new modern furniture.

Your resort amenities include private beach access, 2 heated pools, 2 gyms, free WiFi, 24 hr front desk, valet, convenience store/mini-restaurant.

Your fully equipped condo includes high speed WiFi, central AC, premium HD cable with specialty movie and latin channel packages.

Balcony:
Enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean from your patio chairs or chaise on your private glass balcony. Included are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked dine-in kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary utensils.

Living room:
Sectional sofa that turns into a sleeper bed that sleeps 1-2 people, recliner chair, a 55 inch 4K smart LED TV, console with built-in speakers and fireplace

Dining room:
Tastefully decorated room with a modern glass table that has seating for 6

Master Bedroom :
2 queen beds, brand new 50 inch smart LED TV, large walk in closet, floor to ceiling window facing the ocean and full ensuite bathroom with window overlooking the ocean

Secondary Bedroom:
2 queen beds, a large walk in closet, across from second full bathroom

Vacation home is located half way between Las Olas of Fort Lauderdale and South Beach of Miami. Very close to Gulfstream Park/Casino and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The condo is just steps away from the Westin Diplomat. We are also located just 5 min away from the Hollywood Boardwalk and 12 min from the luxurious Aventura Mall.

Parking On-site: $100 for your entire stay (7 days or less) “Come and go as you please” or daily rate.

FOB keys: $30 per key which allows you to access the building and amenities (pool and gym) for your entire stay. The building requires you to obtain one access key for each 2 adults. This non-refundable fee is payable to the building and is not included in the price of the stay.

We had a very comfortable vacation as a family. Having beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach gear for the kids made everything so easy and relaxing. The location is wonderful and the community is beautiful. It was amazing to be able to simply take the elevator down and reach the beach. The kids could easily go back and forth between the pool and the ocean, and it made our stay with children so comfortable and stress-free. The home is very practical, well-equipped, and has an incredible view. Waking up to the ocean view in the morning was an amazing feeling. Thank you so much to the host for the hospitality. We would absolutely love to come back,we’re already trying to plan our next trip!

Not family friendly

The check in process is completely way too complicated. Having to have bracelets and key fobs is unnecessary and a hassle for everyone. This place is not kid friendly at all. Can’t jump in the pool, can’t play pass in the pool, can’t stay at pool area past 7pm. Kids are completely restricted on what they can do. Our room had issues as well. Ceiling in master bedroom closet had ceiling raised with a pop can sticking out of it. Also had water stains on ceiling tile. Also our comforter had stains on it. The back of the inside of refrigerator froze our food. The wall in the master bathroom is deteriorating. Had other people we talked to at the condo who said this will be the first and last time they ever stay at The Tides and Hollywood, Florida. This holds true with myself and my family and many other family and friends we met and who stayed at Tides. We did not enjoy ourselves like we had hoped. This will be our first and last time at The Tides and Hollywood, Florida.

Has potential with remodel

Good location in a 1970's condo. Having been a former owner/host, the Unit is in need of a remodel/update. Bath essentials were sparse at best. Had to buy toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner. stockpot under kitchen sink to catch water leaking from sink. Slight musty smell throughout building. Water damage in master walk in closet and on the wall in master bath where plaster had bubbled. Bathroom window did not open and was held closed with clear tape. Outlets in master bedroom near nightstand worked intermittently when charging phone. Overpriced for what was advertised in my opinion

Beautiful view

Beautiful view from master bedroom and balcony. The cafe was nice to grab snacks or lunch while at the beach or pool. There’s a 7-Eleven and Walmart within walking distance and a Publix that should open next month just down the road. Everything was as described in condo. Maria was easy to communicate with during our last minute booking. Very family friendly.

Not very clean

Location of property and pool / access to the beach was great but the actual apartment was not clean. Drain mites crawling all over kitchen and bathroom counters. The air conditioner in the guest bedroom leaked all over my open suitcase. There was a garbage can in the closet to catch the water from the leaking air conditioner. Overall, the condo was not well kept at all.

Misleading

Very outdated unit for the most part. Kitchen counters and flooring appear to be only updates since the 1950s. Mirror in the master bath with rust over it, damage to door/walls, no washcloths/face towels, 6 bath towels for a condo for 8. Nor dressers in bedrooms. Bedrooms very dark with little lighting. Doors either don't close or stick when they do. Small bugs in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Can't move/adjust shower heads. USB outlets don't work. Mirror walls not cleaned/smeared. Plastic ceiling decor in kitchen broken, cracked and yellowed. Nice floorplan but needs a major remodel/update for the price.

Location location!

Beautiful location! Maria has beach chairs, umbrellas, and even rolling coolers for your beach needs! There is a coffee pot and keurig, tea kettle, dishes. There were only 3 of us during our stay so the towel situation worked out for us. The only pitfall we had was there were NO hand towels, wash cloths, floor mats, paper towels, etc. Maria was very easy to communicate with and responded fast! Check in was easy and leaving was even easier. The location and size of this rental is definitely what made it worth it!! The little market/shop located near the lobby also made it very convenient for us! Would stay here again.

Mothers Day weekend

It was a beautiful stay in the condo with my husband, 3 children, mom and MIL. Everyone loved the stay. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. The morning sunrise was spectacular from the master bedroom. The beach was perfect. Everyone in the condo was very helpful starting with Valet that explained everything as soon as we got there. Very easy check-in. Overall I would definitely stay again.

A beautiful view on the ocean

We had business to handle in the area and booked a few extra days for a mini vacay. There was plenty of room for everyone .. 4 queen beds, 2 rooms, 2 full baths. Huge balcony with a view of the beach. The condo is nice, no it is not brand new, you don’t have chocolates on your crisp white pillows, nor is there towels made into swans in your bed. .. but, it’s spacious, clean and reasonably priced for what you get. Most of our time was spent at the beach, in the pool or out and about. When you are in, there are 3?large tv’s with ton’s of choices. There is full kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pots WiFi and did I mention the balcony and the view?? The host was very welcoming, was great at communicating with us, she responded very quickly to any questions. She was very easy to deal with and seemed to care about her guests. This is evident when checking the closets.. there was everything you needed to go to the beach, including chairs, cooler and beach towels. There’s even a pack and play for the little ones. I cannot wait to return, hopefully very soon! Thank you Maria for making our stay so wonderful!

Luxury isn’t the right description

I found the listing a little misleading, it’s a basic unit, not luxury. It was very beat up, holes in walls almost clear thru to the concrete, a bathroom window held together by shipping tape, not cleaned well. The living room couch was a Walmart futon unfit for sleeping. We had 6 people and were left with 5 bath towels for 7 days. No wash cloths, hand towels or bath mats at all. One of the toilets overflowed for no reason and one ran constantly. The kitchen is NOT well equipped, the toaster didn’t toast, none of the knives could cut, and the pans were pretty much unusable. It was spacious.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation at this condo. We had four adults and two children, and the condo was very spacious and the views from the balcony and master bedroom were amazing. The pool and beach were great and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Condo is was full of mold in bathrooms. Holds in walls. No hand or kitchen towels. Minimum in kitchen. Socks were all loose. Couldn’t. User hair dryer in bathroom. TV constantly went out. Circuit breaker blew with TV and heater on. Too many things wrong. View was beautiful with ocean but that was all that was good about the place!!

The location is great. 9 floors above the beach and a short walk from the elevator. Checkin is a little confusing so read all the instructions sent to you. The unit is dated and could use some tender loving care, otherwise a great stay.
