The condominium is in a prime location my family and I love it everything is in a walking distance the beach, store, stop for the big bus tour and the amazing ocean drive, definitely I will stay here every time I come to Miami, Silvia our host was very helpful with our check in The most important they have a place to leave your luggage if you come early and you can enjoy the roof top swimming pool while your room is ready I will say is a 5 start

We stayed here during our Miami trip and booked 5 nights, but left after the first night. The place was not clean at all. Towels and blankets were dirty, and the apartment looked very different from the photos. The toilet was also not working, and there were several other issues, which is why we didn’t want to stay. Because of these problems, we requested a refund, but the host refused to give any refund. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here. There are definitely much better options available in Miami.

The 3 bedroom property was good for sleeping as it is focused on bedroom space and not for living space. There’s only 1 tv and it’s in. The middle bedroom. Living room is two sofas and a dining table in a small narrow space. Amenities weren’t replenished and kitchen needs updating, and blankets are needed. A/C is strong. The security gate with code makes you feel safe in mind but still would like bolt action lock on main entrance to apartment. Location was the best part of it. Next to many cafes and restaurants on the main strip art district.

I have never wrote a review on Expedia ever but I need people to know how poor of a condition this place is. I stepped in and the mold kind of smell immediately hit me and I felt unpleasant right away. I booked this place because it was cheap and needed a place to stay because my flight got cancelled last minute but this was even worse than what I expected. The sheets has random hair and stains EVERYWHERE just being in bed made me feel like germs were crawling up on me I cannot emphasize this enough. Do not stay here. The towels were dirty as well with random stains and just clearly brown and yellow. Nothing at all about this place was sanitary. ALSO they do not give you a comforter/duvet just a thin sheet and a blanket that you probably get on Amazon for 15 dollars. Not only that but the sheet that was on top of the mattress was also soooo thin I could see the mattress and everything. The staff was nice so I feel bad for writing a bad review but it is what it is.

Prior to arriving I requested an early check-in and was told it wasn’t possible because of short staffed house keeping - cool. However when I first arrived I walked into the bathroom and was greeted with a long black hair on a dingy towel. And to make it even more putrid, when I lifted the toilet seat, I was greeting with ring of dried urine. And to add a cherry on top, I noticed a random Q-Tip lounging on the top of the shelved mirror. Other than that - that’s all I have to say. I regret not taking any pictures for proof HOWEVER I no reason to lie. Just sharing my truth/experience. Thank you for listening to my TED TALK.

It was clean. There was the bare minimum, if that, provided. There was one roll of toilet paper provided for 6 people staying there. One of the beds only had a fitted sheet on the mattress, no fitted sheet and no blanket. There were only sheets on the other beds. There were 2 blankets provided for 4 beds. There was one roll of paper towels and no extra trash bags. We communicated to the owner about the TP and bedding issues, with no response. The neighborhood is also a bit sketchy. There is a locked gate into the property, which we appreciated.

The Uber takes you back to your quiet restful studio apartment. Wake up & brew your own Expresso style coffee, the studio has a Kitchen, great for those waking up in lil Puerto Rico.

My stay at this B&B was absolutely horrible. From the beginning, communication was dismissive and unhelpful. Any time I asked a question, I felt like I was being brushed off instead of assisted. They advertised “daily housekeeping,” but that turned out to be completely misleading. They later claimed it was only a “fast cleaning” — but even that never happened. My floors were dirty for days, my trash was overflowing, and I was told to take it out myself. That is not housekeeping in any sense of the word. To make matters worse, they would not provide basic necessities like toilet paper without making it an issue. When I requested an early checkout due to these problems, they refused to issue any kind of refund. This was unprofessional, misleading, and extremely disappointing. Do not book here if you expect cleanliness, honesty, or basic hospitality.

This was an acceptable crash landing space for when my flight was canceled. The check in process was a bit unclear but they were helpful in getting it sorted out. Plenty of towels but additional blankets and a way to control the temperature would be an improvement. Place was very clean.
