Additional House Rules * This unit is Non Smoking!* For outside smoking please use an ashtray, no throwing cigarette butts off the balcony. We will deduct $1,000 from your security deposit otherwise!

The resort fee is:

$40.00 per day. The building holds a $250.00 fully refundable security deposit per stay in case of any common area damages.
this fee includes access to the beach and pool. The beach will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella under that fee. Any additional chairs or umbrella`s needed will need to be paid directly to the vendor Esteban`s place. Esteban’s place beach management (the chair and umbrella vendor on beach) is located just north of the building, the umbrellas hare a red and white color and are very easy to recognize. You can always ask the front desk and they will guide you on how to get all your beach necessities.

Please Note: Beach Chairs Are Offered On A First Come First Serve Basis And Are Not Reserved For Anyone. We Highly Recommend Getting There early!

Valet parking fees are as follows:
1-7 nights $35.00 plus tax per day
8 days or more $30.00 plus tax per day
Non resort guest visiting will have to pay $50.00 plus tax for the day. Non resort guest can not park overnight.

We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care by keeping it clean and free of damage. Failure to do so may result in deductions from your security deposit.
This property enforces a strict No Smoking and No Party policy throughout both the unit and the building—no exceptions. Any violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund, and a $1,000 penalty will be deducted from the security deposit.
For the safety of our guests and to ensure compliance with house rules, the property is monitored by a Ring doorbell camera located outside the front door only. There are no recording devices inside the unit. The sole purpose of this device is to monitor check-ins and check-outs and to ensure adherence to house rules and platform guidelines.
Check-In & Guest Registration
All guests are required to present valid photo identification at check-in for building registration purposes.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is only charged in the event of damages or violations of house rules.
Extended Stay Cleaning Policy
For stays longer than 7 consecutive nights, an additional weekly cleaning fee of $150 applies. This ensures the unit remains clean and comfortable throughout your stay. The initial cleaning fee covers the first 7 days only.
