Eine wunderschöne und sehr angenehme Wohnung. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Wir waren 2 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvollen eingerichteten Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Selbst ein Reiskocher war vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu Mateus war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses schöne Appartement uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank

The property is a nice apartment in a great location. However, we had so many small issues that it made the stay poor. First, the listing says in sleeps 4. One of the beds is an air mattress. For the price point I believe that it should tell the occupant it’s not a real bed. The internet didn’t work. Our key fob kept defaulting. There was a closet that was unbuilt with tools laying in the bedroom. Painters tape still taped to the floors. Freezer was locked shut. Communication from manager was poor. When I asked about possible return on a bit of money he never responded. Overall, it was my first negative experience using VRBO.

⚠️ Smoke and mirrors apartment - don't book

The pictures look great. The apartment had multiple broken features: - Shower facuet broke off on day 1, couldn't shower - The washer was completely broken - Bed was decently comfortable (at best) - Refrigerator's freezer leaked Communication was ok at first. But then, responses were short and delayed when we started to report things going wrong. We felt very unsupported, and we decided to find a new VRBO. We stayed 2/8 days, and asked for a proportional refund (75%). Without a response from the host, we received 40% refund (and paid 60% of the stay). I reported it to my credit card company to get us to the proportional amount - which I thought was fair despite all the problems for the first 2 days we were there.

Great location and facilities

Everything was great except for the delayed check in due to some VRBO app technical issues, our host resolved it diligently. We had a great time and will revisit Brickell in the future.

Beautiful place in Brickell

We loved our stay here. It is spacious and comfortable and beautiful. Our host guided the check in process and parking permit well before we arrived so we would not have a lot of paperwork to complete when we arrived. Host was responsive and helpful. We will stay here again!!!

Great Location & Amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is centrally located in Brickell with east access to beaches, Coral Gables, and so much more. On-site parking was a huge added benefit for us during our travel. Thanks Gabriel for a fantastic stay!

Great Location in the Heart of Brickell

If you are looking to stay in Brickell, this is the place to stay. Building has great amenities, and the location is centrally located and within walking distances to shopping, entertainment. The unit has very nice finishes, and is well stocked for a stay in Miami. The unit was clean and comfortably can host one couple with a third person sleeping on the convertible couch. Check-in is through a key kiosk located at the 7-11, which is located at the base of the building. A parking spot within the building is available, for an additional fee.

Brickell Gem

It was my 10th wedding anniversary and we wanted to come to Miami where we got married. Found this property online and man it DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Location Was close to everything, The unit itself was immaculate with a balcony that will keep you outside more than in. The building has a 7 Eleven attached so quick grabs are right at your disposal. The owner is VERY attentive and responsive. I would highly Recommend and will certainly here again soon!
