The pictures look great. The apartment had multiple broken features:
- Shower facuet broke off on day 1, couldn't shower
- The washer was completely broken
- Bed was decently comfortable (at best)
- Refrigerator's freezer leaked
Communication was ok at first. But then, responses were short and delayed when we started to report things going wrong.
We felt very unsupported, and we decided to find a new VRBO. We stayed 2/8 days, and asked for a proportional refund (75%). Without a response from the host, we received 40% refund (and paid 60% of the stay). I reported it to my credit card company to get us to the proportional amount - which I thought was fair despite all the problems for the first 2 days we were there.
