Crazy loud parties until 3 in the morning and hotel did nothing. AC and tv didn’t work either. Worst hotel experience I think I’ve ever had. Don’t stay there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I stayed at this hotel recently with my friend and had one of the most frustrating experiences with their housekeeping and guest support. We requested a cleaning well in advance on Sunday morning and they confirmed the request and assured multiple times that the cleaning would be done on Monday. However on Monday nothing even happened and nothing even changed. They didn’t clean nothing. When we told them about this, they suddenly claimed that they provide cleaning services every 4 days, which is really weird. So why would you confirm our request earlier about cleaning and even after reaching out that the cleaning was done when it was not? Why you didn’t warn us about this “policy” before? When I looked into their policies, I didn’t find anything about every 4 days cleaning. Of course the only thing that they did was just apologise about this confusion, nothing else. Even this policy about every 4 days cleaning sounds ridiculous, because this hotel is located near the beach and they have their own pool, and of course you’re coming wet and dirty after the pool and floor in the room is getting dirty and wet too. Especially for us, staying in this horrible hotel 1 week, this policy wouldn’t make any sense. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Out of curiosity, I looked at other reviews and saw this isn’t just my experience. Other guests reported the worst problems - including rooms with termites, no providing clean towels, no response from staff and absolutely

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y los alrededores del hotel. Las habitaciones cómodas y regadera con todos los artículos de limpieza personal. Lo único que no me gustó fue que no hacían limpieza a la habitación. Estuve 6 días y ningún día fueron a sacar basura o cambiar toallas. También un día se descompuso el AC y su única opción fue movernos a 2 cuartos diferentes porque no había otra habitación igual a la nuestra. El check in lo hicieron 30-40 min tarde. La alberca es muuuuy pequeña. En las fotos se ve más grande de lo que realmente es.

I enjoyed the property and staff was helpful. There's a great wellness center by the pool and I found an amazing yoga studio just a few blocks away. Great patio and I love the plants. Try the Cinnamon Toast Crunch or the Dreamscicle at Elixir and Under the Mango Tree across the street has very good vegan food, smoothies and coffees.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Meridian. It is conveniently located to the beach and nearby shopping and local restaurants. You can easily get around by foot without needing to uber or rent a vehicle. The service at the hotel was superb. Jonella, who I believe may be the property manager, was excellent. I had an issue with the room I originally booked and she swiftly changed my accommodations free of charge to a room that was even better! The hotel food and coffee was also good. The lobby restaurant offers nice options and is open most of the day. I rarely leave reviews unless the experience is really good or really bad, but in this case it was really good. Highly recommend!
