"Our room door would not lock and although maintenance had repaired it once, it broke again. We requested a new room and the front desk girl ( I would not call her a young lady) was very rude. When I insisted on a new room for security reasons she offered no apologies for the broken door or the inconvenience of moving rooms. Her attitude left me feeling like I was bothering her, she rolled her eyes at me more than once. There were 3 children swimming in the pool unattended both Saturday night and Sunday morning. They were unsupervised walking dripping wet through the breakfast area making the floor slippery. They also used the workout equipment soaking wet (getting out of the pool and immediately getting on the workout machines) which we felt was a safety hazard. The front desk again did nothing. We will not be staying here again. "

"It was off season so we picked a bad time. The pool was closed. No hot tub. The restaurant only open for dinner on Thu - Sun. No breakfast except brunch on weekend. No laundry service. Plan your stay with this in mind. Hotel itself is very nice and quiet. "
