“First and foremost, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Thanks Claudia!From a city noise perspective, there isn’t much insulation between the master bedroom and the street - you can hear everything. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. She seemed to prefer to text my cell phone rather than communicate through the app, which I wouldn’t……

“The host was very responsive. The location was excellent. The amenities - particularly the bathroom stood out. The heated towel rack and heated floors, along the rain shower were much appreciated. ”

“The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer……

It was also centrally located within walking distance to SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown. It was also within 5 mins to the 7 and F/D subway stations.
