"My stay was absolutely horrific. Found two bed bugs in our room. Asked for a different room and could only provide us with a single bed room to accommodate, which we needed a double bed. Whole hotel is under remodel. Elevator doesn’t work, light fixtures in hallways are open and wires exposed to children and teens. Worst hotel experience in my life we had to leave and stay somewhere else. Attempted to get refund and personnel at desk apparently doesn’t know how either. "

"I stayed for a longer period of time in the area and wanted a working kitchen. It is a little strange because you have to ask for a hot plate. the rooms do not have stoves, even though it might look like it from the pictures. The pictures are a bit deceptive. The pots and pans I was given came with the hotplate. They were a little funky and were not washed. The staff member that gave them to me was embarrassed and offered to wash them before giving them to me, but I told him not to worry about it. Their kitchens are a bit dated and are not well equipped. If you do not need to cook anything, then this room would be a great place to stay. "
