"とても清潔感があって良かったです。景色もとても良く良かったです。肌寒かったですがせっかくなのでバーベキューしました。コンロが電気なので炭などの手間もなく良かったですが風が強くて寒かったせいかガンガン焼ける感じではなかったのでゆったりやるのに焦げなくてちょーど良いかなと思います。備品の品揃えも十分で洗濯機もあるので着ていったものを洗って持って帰れるので帰ってから溜まった洗濯機をしなくて助かりました。最初室内でプレートがあったのでそれを使用して室内で焼肉にしようかと思いましたが油受けが欠けていて使えなかったのでそれは直してもらった方が良いと思います。テレビがなく壁にプロジェクターで投影されるのですがリビングから観ると近すぎて逆に少し観にくいかなと思いました。 Wi-Fiがモデムが固まっていたのか繋がりがいまいちでした。"

"The location was easy to find and the self-checkin process was clearly communicated and accurate. The rooms were spacious. It was an easy walk from the station and to the castle. We were told the front room might be noisy because it faces the shopping street, but it was quiet mid-week by 9:00 and stayed that way until well into the morning. "We booked this hotel 6 months ago and asked for a quiet room. They put us next to a family with a constant crying baby in and out of their room and balcony banging around. It amazes me that they had 6 months to manage our request!! However the room itself was really nice and an amazing outlook over to the sea. The breakfast was average. We did go to the roof Terrace twice for a drink and found the head bar man unhelpful and unfriendly. We asked to try the house wine which comes by the glass before ordering but were faced with a rather direct and blunt ‘NO’ which we found awkward. Not a great experience and the hotel ultimately misses out on business."

"Amazing view from the room of the Akashi Kaikyou bridge and fantastic breakfast buffet with both western and Japanese food. Luxury communal bath was also fantastic and appreciate it being open late with spa quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and a few lotions and cleansers. Peaceful location in mostly residential area but close enough by train to Tarumi, Akashi, Kobe and Himeji which all offer lots of dining and shopping options as well as sightseeing. Room amenities included pajamas, slippers all necessary toiletries, hair dryer, small fridge, electric kettle, cofee, tea, and bottled water. 10 min walk from Maiko station is a little uphill and may be tough in the summer heat with luggage, but short taxi ride is also an option from the station. There is an elevator that will get you up the final hill to the hotel, which may be hard to spot for first time visitors, so be sure to google the entrance elevator to find it."
