“Great location right off the beach! Lots of room for our group of 20. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked and has two of every appliance -- fridge, dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, etc. We were there late in the season, so under the couch and under some of the beds could have been cleaner, but nothing we couldn't live with. One of the upstairs bedrooms has an AC return in the closet, so it was noisy at times -- and has no rod to hang clothes -- but, again, nothing we couldn't live with. We enjoyed……

“We loved this property and were so glad to have booked it for our son's wedding this past weekend in Cape May. The house was SPOTLESS and had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The pool and hot tub were even still open for the kids. The kitchen was well appointed, there were linens, towels, beach/pool toys, chairs...honestly everything needed. We would definitely recommend this location and would happily return again ourselves!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The beds were incredibly comfortable – some of the best we’ve ever had while traveling. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the decor was so cute and thoughtfully done, giving the space a cozy, welcoming vibe. “It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. All good in every way. ”

“This home was the perfect stay for our trip to Rehoboth Beach. The home was just described and as photos showed. It was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in town. One tiny complaint is there was not enough toilet paper- but I didn’t communicate that to the host so they didn’t have the opportunity to fix that issue. Overall, great stay and we would come back for sure. ”

We utilized both picnic tables and the grill. This was a great location, close to beach, restaurants and stores. The porch, with rocking chairs was utilized everyday. Note: There are a lot of stairs! If you have ederly or handicapped persons, this would be a challenge. ”

"The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. "
