We do recommend that you bring anything additional that you may need for your stay.

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the number of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home, you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home and dock area. Guest will not have access to the storage shed onsite, the lawn mower on site, or the carport area. Please refrain from being in this area of the property.

Getting Around:
S'moores N' Snores is in a prime location. 5-minutes away from Kroger and Publix. 15-20 minutes away from GCSU & GMC. Short 10-minute drive to Milledgeville where you will find tons of dining options. They also have a movie theater, bowling alley and skating rink. Little River Park/Campground is a short 5-minute car ride to the nearest boat ramp access.
