The house was nice and in a charming area. The host has put time and care into making this is a nice place to stay for guests. The restaurants and town have some great options within walking distance. One thing to note is it is on a road that gets continuous traffic even at night. We would stay there again but may wait until our kids are a little older as this is not an ideal spot for young kids (ours are 2 & 5)

This historic house was a treat to stay in. Located in a quaint town with coffee, ice cream, restruants, and live music ( if you time it right) jist short walks away, you relly never have to leave. If you do though, the beaches aren't far away. Communication was great. They had many thoughtful recommendations for all sorts of things nearby and even sent us a list of beaches foe families. The house was clean with everything needed. Our girls loved the games and vintage doorbell. The adults loved the hot tub. We highly recommend this rental!

What a perfect place! We had everything we needed, both in the house and nearby in town. Walking distance to some great places to eat and be outdoors. We enjoyed all the house had to offer right in the back yard as well. Loved the history of the home. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We’d definitely return!

Delaware beach stay

Came down to Delaware to check out the beaches. House was great. Hot tub was a plus...host was great. Very responsive. No issues with the property, even had extra beach chairs, bikes, charcoal for the grill and a nice pergola with a table. Nice little quiet town with a coffee shop, ice cream parlor and a great Mexican restaurant steps away from the property.

Wonderful historic stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Peggy's house! It was great for what we needed and it is well supplied with anything we may have needed. Peggy was very responsive when we had questions or issues that needed addressed. Thank you, Peggy, for a beautiful house to stay in away from home!

Thus home is located in a lovely small town. Still quite a bit around locally to do. Back yard is great to hang out in the evening. 10/10 recommend. Host was amazing as well! Even left us a welcome note and some home made jam to enjoy upon our arrival!

Baseball Tournament & a few days at the beach before school starts

The house was lovely. Had everything we needed for the few days we were there.. lots of local eateries close by as well.. There also was music in the park, fishing within walking distance and a very tasty homemade ice cream parlor a block away.. We really enjoyed our mini getaway

Excellent property that we will use again in the future. perfectly located near the SATB baseball facility and easy trip to the beach (with expected traffic). House was very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Cute historic home

The house had a nice yard area/ backyard amenities, updated kitchen and bathroom which was nice. Owner was very kind. It is a very old home so the ceilings are low. Some issues with bugs around the house as well. Overall a nice spot in a little historic area.

Charming Historical Home

The home was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very firm with clean linens and plenty of extra blankets to wrap up in during the cool evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the quality of the pots and pans was good. There was a little bit of everything and it was awesome to use decent pots and pans instead of beat up pans scrounged from yard sales and thrift stores!
