「Location is a bit far from most of the tourist sites, but the property itself is amazing for the price. Clean & the staff is friendly. Large rooms, comfortable beds, & good air conditioning. The only marks against it which we experienced are that they don't have any extra blankets, & the water never really got hot in the shower (sufficient to take one, but not nice & warm for an enjoyable bask—good after a hot day out, but otherwise tepid). 「Is about 4km to jj market take taxi is about 80B because of the highway, the building is in an old condo, room itself is OK but has some smell and the Shower curtain is pretty dirty molded , front desk is only 0830-1730, I thought it won’t be a problem but once at night the internet is not working you will need to wait til the morning when 3 other guests has same problem we all rush down at 0830, I guest same as other emergency issue could be a problem. 」
