This hotel was great for a blended family with the two bedrooms and pull out couch. So everyone had somewhere to sleep without having to pay for another room. The kitchenette was just as helpful for our extended stay.

Our suite room was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchenette was a bonus. Breakfasts were substantial. Location is very convenient to the Mall of America and near the common box stores - Target, Walmart, Cub Foods, Aldi’s, etc. near very good restaurants too.

The property needs a complete update. The room had missing drip pans on the stove and was dirty, rust on the refrigerator and I'm not sure what was on the bottom of the bathroom door. I would never stay there again. Breakfast was disgusting

Everyone we met was friendly but we didn’t need or utilize the amenities aside from our room. The hotel is very basic and while we had a nice stay, it was nothing to write home about. Its key value is the location (close to the care facility we were visiting) and the very cheap price point. The bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable and the one-bedroom suite was spacious. The bedding was very basic and no extra sheets or blankets were provided in the room. The room seemed superficially clean but we found utensils and plates in the dishwasher and weren’t sure if they were clean or dirty. The dish towel had a huge hole in it. The hotel overall could use a refresh to bring it up to modern standards but meets the basic standards for what we paid.

If you're staying here, you better hope they don't have an event booked where there is going to be loud music. I totally understand having wedding receptions, etc. HOWEVER, they put us directly above the area it was booked in, and the music was so loud that we could hear every word. They were playing it until 11 PM, even though the music was supposed to stop at 10 PM. In my opinion, if I am paying for a hotel room, I should be able to go to bed whenever I want to go to bed. I shouldn't have to wait for an event to get over to be able to go to sleep.
