「Perfect location near family in Rogersville. Quiet, clean and beautiful views. We stayed at the farmhouse during the 'cold snap' of Christmas week and the farmhouse was warm and cozy. Had a water issue related to the freeze which was promptly addressed by host. Overall, a good experience and I would definitely choose the farmhouse again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this home. We had several hiccups in our trip and the host was so great helping us! The house was clean, very nicely decorated. Awesome location on the water. I will say if you are bringing a boat, talk with the owner about bringing it down the drive. It's down a hill with a circle drive in front of the house and pea like gravel. Our big boat on trailer was not easy to get out but we made it happen. There are kayaks to use. 2 big and a youth. They went above and beyond...

「We stayed for five days (my wife, myself and our dog) in order to attend our daughter's wedding. We hosted a small Bachelorette party at our house and everyone had a fabulous time. We didn't get to sight see much, but did sample some awesome mexican food from just down the road. Although there are some dilapidated homes in the area, we never felt unsafe and downtown Athens is literally a five minute walk from the house. Greg was very helpful during our stay. We will definitely look to stay there...

「The house was as advertised. The living area was very spacious and was great for my two boys. My only complaint was that the driveway wasn't fit for a boat b/c of the steepness. We had to use 4 wheel drive to pull the boat up the gravel driveway.」

「The checkin clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean with hardwood and tile floors. No carpet was a definite plus for us. The hotel is a basic hotel for an overnight stop along a road trip. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. 」
