“The property is very cute , right in the main area of Sorrento . There are numerous food and shopping options within a few min walk. The ferry was less than a 10 min walk. The property managers were very communicative, and even arranged a car transfer for us on arrival. I had 2 young kids with me, and had no safety concerns. As it does have several restaurants and shops below it was a bit noisy in the evening, but didn’t cause much of an issue. My only critique is that it does not have a safe……

“We only needed an affordable place to stay for one night and this place was perfect for us. An old, quaint homestead with olive and lemon groves, vegetable gardens and a path to walk around. A private patio area to enjoy coffee or tea in the morning. We loved Lucio, the property and the shuttle they provide back and forth to town was convenient. We will stay here again. ”

“Shops and restaurants are close by.Directions for the apt. are very deceiving. Host was not available to meet us. We had to call a taxi because we couldn’t find the apt. The taxi driver also had difficulty and needed to call for assistance. This was two hours of frustration. ”

“It was a great location in a very quiet town, about a 49 minute walk from Sorrento through residential streets. We enjoyed the evening walks, and the train to take you into Sorrento is only about a 10 minute walk away if you wanted to avoid the walk. The view was beautiful from the balcony, and plenty of space for a large family. We had very unpleasant odors from the kitchen for the majority of the trip and no hot water for the first day. The host was responsive, and fixed the hot water quickly……

“We called this the limoncello house-bright and cheerful! One of our favorite homes on our tour through Italy. Up one small flight of stairs into an adorable, marina-front home away from home. Great appliances, decor, air conditioning, and view! We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and beach clubs. The Estate4home staff and host were incredible from booking to check-out, so friendly and most helpful. We can only hope to return to this special place in Piano di Sorrento. ”

“What an amazing place to stay in Praiano! We enjoyed being outside the tourist area, mornings were so quiet with beautiful sunrises. Magical! Francisco was our contact through WhatsApp and he was available and extremely helpful at any time of the day. He offered lots of tips during our trip and helped us scheduling a private driver to take us back to Naples for our train ride back to Rome. The place is in a safe location and the views are spectacular! Some very good restaurants in Praiano as……

“I run my own rental property back home in the USA so I tend to be very analytical and picky. I can tell you that this place was the best decision and it's amazing location with everything we needed. Host was great and always made sure we had what we needed. This host knows how to run a large rental to accommodate groups of people. So happy with the decision and would come here over any rental in this area.”
